Downtown's honky tonk
The Ranch Honky Tonk is a full-service bar, live music venue, and scratch kitchen at 122 W Washington Street in downtown Ann Arbor — loud bands, cold beer, boots on the floor.
Two floors, one party
Live bands upstairs Thursday–Sunday under the antler chandelier, DJs downstairs on weekends. Every Thursday, Suzy runs line dancing at 9PM — $5 cover, 21+.
The kitchen holds its own
A scratch kitchen rooted in Southwestern and smokehouse flavors — green chile bison burger with Hatch chiles and Pinconning cheddar, Andre's Nashville Hot Chicken on a Grand River Bakery brioche bun.
The bar program
The craft cocktail menu runs from the Hornet's Revenge to 10 Gallon Hat Bowls built for sharing, plus a cold draft lineup that includes Blue Collar Light — brewed exclusively for The Ranch by their neighbors at Grizzly Peak Brewing Company.
Growing the herd
The Ranch expanded to Mash in East Lansing, bringing boots-on-the-floor energy near Michigan State. Back in Ann Arbor: BoomBox Bingo Mondays, karaoke Tuesdays, all-day happy hour every Wednesday.
